At Alumipres, we cover the entire mould design and manufacturing process. We have a long track record with top level manufacturers in Europe and Asia, where we ensure both quality and cost efficiency. Likewise, in order to extend the useful life and reduce the duration of incidents, we have our own advanced workshop where we take care of exhaustive maintenance and all types of repairs.
We specialise in medium-sized series. Our foundry consists of a total of 8 foundry islands with furnace, injector, painter and press for cutting dies. We have automated and semi-automated islands with a capacity ranging from 200T to 1100T. Possibility of making parts from 10 grams to 9 kilograms.
We offer a wide range of precision solutions in machining and deburring. We have a wide variety of CNC machines, drills, lathes, milling machines, etc. In our machining plant we design and build tooling to optimise the cost and quality of machining.
We cover the entire value chain as we have the technology for all types of finishes, from painting, anodising, cataphoresis, sandblasting and others.
We ensure exhaustive quality controls through precise traceability via our metrology laboratory. We have quality and environmental certifications (ISO9001 and ISO14001).
